When shipping internationally, customs fees may apply. After 30 days, there is nothing that we can do. If the gift is not delivered, you have 30 days after the ship date to alert us. If the box is shipped to an incorrect address and delivered, we cannot retrieve it and cannot provide a refund. NO refunds for incorrect shipping addresses or refused packages. This fee will increase for international shipments. If the box is shipped to an incorrect address and returned to us, we will require a $10 re-shipping fee.
